How quickly will I hear back?
Enquiries that arrive on a working day before 4 pm are usually answered the same day — at the latest within 24 hours.
What should my enquiry include?
Helpful details are: the type of property (office, stairwell, practice, shop), the approximate area or number of rooms or windows, how often you need us and your preferred start date. That lets us prepare the site visit properly.
Is the site visit chargeable?
No. The visit and the quote are free and without obligation — including if you decide against us afterwards.
Can I book a clean at short notice?
For special and post-construction cleaning we can often fit something in at short notice. In that case it is best to call directly and we will check capacity straight away.
