Prices
A serious figure only exists after the site visit — but a rough orientation helps. Commercial cleaning is billed either by the hour or per square metre. Industry rates for commercial cleaning currently sit at roughly €25 to €38 net per hour; recurring maintenance cleaning is usually quoted as a monthly flat fee per property.
